Return Policy
We only accept returns in the following cases:
- The product arrived damaged or broken.
- The wrong product was delivered.
You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product and provide clear photos or a video proving the issue.
Cases where we do not accept returns:
- Customer changed their mind.
- Customer ordered the wrong product.
- Minor color variations.
- Shipping delays.
- Refusal to accept the parcel.
Customers must accept delivery once an order has been placed.
Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed after 15 business days.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
